Meal times are pre-arranged at times listed on the top of each menu, and no allowance can be made for a meal booked and then not taken.

All payments must be made and cleared prior to arrival. Any cheques received must be received by the Rosedene Hotel, at least ten working days before the arrival date. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 on the day of departure.

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests property unless handed in for safe custody.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part the contract, cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.
